Situated on the hillside above Mevagissey, the apartment has free car parking on-site and a patio area complete with garden furniture and BBQ.

Fully equipped and furnished to a high standard (including free Wi-Fi), Casa Mia is the ideal location for couples seeking a relaxing but interesting holiday on the Cornish Riviera. We also have a travel cot and high chair should you wish to bring a baby or toddler.

Enjoying a mild climate all year round due to the Gulf Stream, there are lots of things to do and see in Mevagissey itself.

As one of the few remaining traditional fishing villages, you can go deep sea angling or mackereling from the quay. The coastal walks offer stunning views and great exercise, after which you can enjoy a drink or meal in any one of the many pubs and restaurants that Mevagissey offers. The village also has a large array of shops to browse for antiques and gifts and has a good nightlife. Casa Mia enjoys being far enough away from the village centre to be quiet and private, but close enough to easily walk should you prefer to be more sociable during the evenings.

In close proximity to Mevagissey you can visit the villages of Caerhays, Portmellon, Pentewan, Portholland and Gorran Haven, all reachable via Cornish coastal path or by car.

You can also enjoy the Pentewan Valley Cycle Path and if you like watersports, these are available at nearby Pentewan as well. Indeed, there are many sporting activities available nearby if you feel like some adventure and exercise on your holiday.

The Eden Project is 10 miles away, just outside nearby St Austell and The Lost Gardens of Heligan are just 2½ miles. Also be sure to take a trip on the Mevagissey to Fowey passenger ferry which runs daily during the season.
