and renovated self catering holiday apartments located in a small private
estate just 5 minutes
easy walk away from Mevagissey harbour.
Situated on the hillside above Mevagissey, the apartments have free car
parking on-site and each has a private sunny patio area complete with garden
furniture and BBQ.
Newly equipped and furnished to the highest standard, Casa Mia is the ideal
location for a family or a couple seeking a relaxing but interesting holiday
on the Cornish Riviera.
Enjoying a mild climate all year round due to the
Gulf Stream, there are lots of things to do and see in Mevagissey itself.
As
one of the few remaining traditional fishing villages, you can go deep sea
angling or take the kids mackereling from the quay. The coastal walks offer
stunning views and great exercise, after which you can enjoy a drink or meal
in any one of the many pubs and restaurants that Mevagissey offers. The
village also has a large array of shops to browse for antiques and
gifts and has a really good nightlife.
In
close proximity to Mevagissey you can visit the villages of Carhays,
Portmellon, Pentewan, Portholland and Gorran Haven, all reachable via
Cornish Coastal Path or by car.
You can also enjoy the Pentewan Valley Cycle
Path and if you like watersports, these are available at nearby Pentewan
as well. Indeed, there are many fun
sporting activities
available nearby and if you feel like some adventure and exercise on your holiday, visit our

It is a good idea, particularly in the height of season, to phone or pop in to a particular restaurant you wish to eat at in order to reserve a table although you can always have fish and chips down by the harbour if you can’t get a table ! Of course, Casa Mia is fully equipped for cooking and dining so you may wish to buy some fish by the harbour, come home to your luxurious surroundings and dine al fresco on the patio ! The choice

Throughout the year, there are always events taking place in Mevagissey and surrounding area. For anyone interested in
Daphne du Maurier, don’t miss the Daphne Du Maurier Festival between 10th – 19th May 2007 in nearby Fowey – you can travel by ferry!
