Casa Mia Apartments opened in 2005 and during the year we welcomed precisely 100 parties of guests to our apartments in Mevagissey. 68 of our guests completed a feedback form and many left comments which are provided below.

Presentation wise, I think that I can reasonably conclude that everyone liked the apartments ! 

As regards cleanliness, our preparation team always do a fantastic job of cleaning and preparing the apartments, usually with just a few hours to achieve this between guests. We will continue to provide the very best service we can to ensure that Casa Mia is always spotless when a guest arrives.

As regards comfort, anything other than excellent is not good enough for us and we have addressed every issue raised. The only significant comments related to accessibility and we have added a handrail and better signage to resolve this. It is very important to note that Casa Mia is located on the side of a valley and has a significant number of steps down from the car park to the apartments. 

As regards local facilities, we believe that Mevagissey is constantly evolving and improving as a tourist destination. Our websites provide a lot of useful information about Mevagissey and the surrounding area and like anywhere, the more you know about where to eat and drink and places you can visit, the better !

We hope that the feedback we receive in 2006 will be even better than last year and we will continue work hard towards providing excellence in terms of our holiday offering.
