| The kitchen
is very modern and provides every conceivable facility and equipment
needed to create culinery masterpieces for the evenings that you choose
to stay in rather than enjoy the wide choice of nearby restaurants in
Mevagissey. A microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge/freezer,
electric oven and four ring electric hob, over-hob extractor,
washer/dryer and cookery books are provided.
The bedroom
has been designed to be comfortable and romantic with brand new pine
beds, quilts and pillows and 'mood lighting'. Both firm and soft pillows
have been provided to ensure a good night' s sleep. There is plenty of
wardrobe space and a dressing table. Linen, towels, blankets, quilts,
pillows are included as are electricity and oil-fired central heating.
The bathroom is clean and modern with a large shower cubicle and
electric shower over.
The
apartment has a decking area with seating and table for 4. A BBQ is
provided. Free on-site parking is included. From Casa Mia, it is a short
walk down to the harbour and then into town. Casa Mia is situated on the
valley hillside & the initial walk down may not be ideal (but not
impossible) for the disabled or with a pushchair. Mevagissey, has a
large number of eating places catering for all tastes and budgets, lots
of interesting shops and things to do and see at any time of year.

number of steps required to access the property, we do not consider Casa
