| The kitchen
is fresh & modern providing every facility and the equipment needed
to create culinery masterpieces for the evenings that you choose to stay
in rather than enjoy the wide choice of nearby restaurants in Mevagissey.
A microwave, toaster, kettle, built in fridge/freezer, electric oven and
four ring electric hob, over-hob extractor, washer/dryer and cookery
books are provided.
Both
bedrooms are comfortable & romantic with brand new pine beds, quilts
and pillows & 'mood lighting'. There is one double and one twin
bedded room, the master having a private courtyard area. Both firm &
soft pillows are provided for a good night's sleep. There is plenty of
wardrobe space and a dressing table. Linen, towels, blankets, quilts,
pillows are included as are electricity & oil-fired central heating.
The apartment has one shower room & a further bathroom with shower
over the bath.
The
apartment has a very large decking area with seating and table for 6. A
BBQ is provided. Free on-site parking is included. From Casa Mia, it is
a short walk down to the harbour and into town. Casa Mia is situated on
the valley hillside & the initial walk down may not be ideal (but
not impossible) for the disabled or with a pushchair. Mevagissey, has a
large number of eating places catering for all tastes and budgets, lots
of interesting shops and things to do and see at any time of year.

number of steps required to access the property, we do not consider
Casa Mia Apartment 2 to be suitable for people in wheelchairs. If
